Vallarta Sunset starts with organic beans from the region of Chiapas in southwest Mexico. Grown in clay soil, then fully washed and dried in the Mexican sun. Roasted to a perfect medium with notes of bright citrus, chocolate and a hint of graham cracker. This roast is smooth and best enjoyed slowly; preferably on the balcony of a pink hotel, overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
